Chain onboarding
Invite a subcontractor by e-mail. They activate their own company account and invite the next link in turn — the chain builds itself.
On-site attendance
Daily attendance registration per site and per worker, with a clear overview for the whole chain.
Hour registration
Weekly matrix and timesheets per site. Hours flow into approval and settlement — no more Excel back and forth.
Contract documents & certificates
Store lawyer-approved, signed agreements and certificates per relationship or worker. Werfvolt does not draft or sign contracts during the pilot.
Commercial invoice preparation
Record billing periods and commercial amounts; tax treatment, UBL and transmission remain unavailable without a persisted assessment.
Simulation
Only commercial source data can be prepared. UBL and transmission remain blocked without a persisted tax assessment; nothing is sent to Peppol.
